Dr. Fernandez is incredibly kind, patient, and very informative. She takes the time to explain everything and makes you feel completely at ease. Gerardo, the dental hygienist, is by far the most thorough and knowledgeable dental hygienist I have ever been to in my life. His attention to detail and patient care are exceptional. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding dental care!

Dr. Gerardo was incredibly kind and took the time to explain every step of my treatment, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Best of all, I experienced no pain at all! The office staff and management team were also friendly, professional, and accommodating. I had to reschedule my appointment three times due to emergencies, and they were always understanding and worked with me to find a new time. I highly recommend the Aspen Dental location at Pine Ridge for their excellent patient care, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.

I had an outstanding experience at Aspen Dental! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and thorough. They took the time to explain everything I needed in detail and worked hard to find the best possible options for my treatment. They even offered flexible financing solutions to make everything more affordable. This is hands-down the best dental office I’ve ever visited. The payment/structural department was especially helpful and went above and beyond to work with me on the best deal possible. I highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for quality care and a caring team!

Despite some negative reviews my experience was was pleasant all around. Seeing the front desk girl interact so kindly to an older gentlemen who just wanted conversation I was hopeful. Xray tech was very friendly and personable . The doctors were very knowledgeable and explained things to where I can understand. Office manager was kind and understanding of my financial situation. I believe she helped me the best she could to get things taken care of and scheduled. The bill was high but to be expected. So far I am pleased with the office and staff!
